The Connecting Families Initiative is Canada's federal affordability program, run by Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada. It runs until March 2027. The 2.0 phase, launched April 2022, extended eligibility to seniors receiving the maximum GIS alongside low-income families.

Rogers Connected for Success is the most broadly available senior internet subsidy program in Canada, covering Ontario, BC, Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland. Unlike Connecting Families, you can apply directly — no government letter needed.

3. TELUS – Internet for Good & Mobility for Good
